Q: Where are you located?
A: We are currently operating from a commercial kitchen at Montmorency Primary School, Montmorency, VIC. We do service the entire Melbourne and suburbs.
Q: Do you have a shopfront where we can see your products?
A: Sweet Journey does not have a shopfront; we rent a commercial kitchen for our catering business. Because of that, all our foods are custom-made to order. Check out our creations at the menu bar above, or on our Facebook page.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: As we do not have a store front, you can contact us 24 hours a day! Just bear in mind that behind all this is a human being, so, we would probably only get back to your enquiries during waking hours.
Q: With which council is Sweet Journey Catering & Events registered?
A: Sweet Journey Catering & Events is registered with The Council of the City of Banyule. Here is a photo of the certificate, as well as the Food Safety Supervisor certificate, as per requirements to be a registered food handler.
Q: What is the minimum order and is there delivery charge?
A: There is no minimum order other than the quantities stated on the menus and packages. Delivery fee of $20 applies to orders below $200. Free delivery otherwise.
